I'm impressed with the level of service and efficiency that our Maintenance staff provide. Tough job to be on call 24/7 and manage all the dog poo. I hope management appreciates you guys as much I do! Thank you for everything. **1 year since previous review ** Ok, so this service call was seamless.... However, I have to offer something constructive. My service call was received and completed better than in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and honestly the staff are great, but, it was too seamless. There was zero evidence anyone had entered my apartment when I was away. When I returned home there was no notice left behind after the service had been completed. **I cannot fault their process since I probably just missed the completion of my call, and notices are most likely sent electronically. Just my spidey sense saying someone had recently been here.** I can appreciate what it takes to maintain this place and this should not be viewed as a detracted level of service. I have lived in so many rentals in the last ~20 years and this has by far been the best move-in experience I’ve ever had. The office personnel treated me so nicely even though I called and emailed numerous times asking for updates on my application. Move-in was super easy and maintenance is super fast. I’ve had several maintenance requests since moving in a week ago and they have responded to each one within a few hours and are super friendly which I really appreciate. The renovations are nice too and having a garage is great since there is very little storage space in the apartment. The large windows are great and it’s pretty quiet inside too. Yes this place is expensive but so far I feel like you get what you pay for and it’s worth it.

Imagine having to sue them for not paying your deposit back. This place was a 5 star place when I moved in here around 2020. Unfortunately the management changed and everything went downwards. Especially, Maumee Howell and Roberto Ortiz are doing a horrible job. Let me explain; 1) Do not expect your deposit back. Also you will be charged for full amount of whole month even if your lease ends beginning of the month. (They will say it was a mistake in their end but still do not expect it back) They will also make sure to take from your deposit doesn't matter if you leave the apartment spotless clean. They will be charging for professional carpet cleaning, multiple cleaning fees and mysterious damages. If you try to ask they will ghost you. I still agreed and didn't make an issue. I just wanted whatever they decided to give back to me but after 3-4 months I didn't even get that. I ended up in the court and won they are still ghosting me. it has been 6 months since I left the place and haven't reimbursed even with a court result. 2) Around 5.00am someone tried to get in to my apartment and I called the management to ask if there were cameras. No one returned my calls. 3) If you have a maintenance request be aware that they will never send people on time. You suppose to sit at home wait between 3 to 5 hours from the appointed time. 4) They allow Airbnb with a fee (to make extra money). It was a safe place until people started to rent out through Airbnb. In front of your garage doors will be occupied by the new people. Get use to noises and fights as well. Watch out your packages in front of your door. 5) They will also raise your rent drastically. When I first moved in, next year was only $ 30 dollar difference. The last year I left which was 2023 there were $ 200 difference. My neighbors also was very sad of these bad changes as well. I do not recommend this place. Couple years ago yes, it was a great place but not anymore.

The area is very pet friendly, everyone pitched in to keep the grounds clean. Gym on site, giant garages, welcoming patio. Crystal clear pool and hot tub! Maintenance tended to everything, even the batteries in the deadbolt. Low noise in the apartments in a ground level apartment. All of our shopping needs were conveniently a few blocks away 10/10
